Step 1 — Discovery

Locate your nearest charger

Find CHRGD charging stations across Egypt using our station map or inside the app. Check live availability, station power ratings, and navigation routes.

Step 2 — Connection

Plug in the cable

Connect the charging cable securely to your electric vehicle's charging port. Ensure the connector is firmly locked into place before starting.

Step 3 — Activation

Scan QR code or open charging page

Scan the QR code printed on the charger or open the station details page in the app and tap the "Start Charging Session" button.

Step 4 — Live Monitoring

Follow your charging session on the app

Track your session in real time directly from your phone. Monitor live energy delivered (kWh), charging speed, battery percentage, and session duration.

Step 5 — Session Completion

End session via app or full charge

Tap "End Session" in the app when you are ready to depart, or simply wait until your vehicle reaches 100% full charge automatically.

Step 6 — Payment

Automatic wallet deduction

The session total is automatically deducted from your CHRGD in-app wallet balance, and a digital receipt is instantly generated in your app history.

Step 7 — Departure

Unplug charger to avoid idle fines

Unplug the charger from your vehicle and neatly return the cable to the holster. Clearing the bay promptly keeps chargers available for others and prevents idle parking fees.
